Description
Montepulciano is the ideal place to practice your Italian while learning a lot about wine and while tasting a variety of wines. The course combines language classes held by an Italian teacher with theoretical classes about wine making and wine tasting held by Cristian, wine expert and the owner of Enoteca Dolce Vita in Montepulciano. The classes cover: territory and vine cultivation, wine production in Montepulciano, characteristics of local wines, and the quality standards for protecting and safe-guarding the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, as well as Chianti and Brunello wines, our illustrious neighbors. It is not recommended for complete beginners.

Duration: 1 week (5 days, from Monday to Friday).

variety of activities. The participants receive the detailed program in
advance.

Questo corso era fantastico! Posso consigliarlo a tutti. Irene ci ha raccontato tutta la storia del vino di Montepulciano e ci ha insegnato il vocabolario uttile per parlare del vino. Cristian ci ha spiegato il ciclo della vita della vite, produzione del vino e come degustare e abbinare con cibo il vino. Abbiamo visitato insieme una cantina storica e una cantina moderna, entrambe bellissime e con il vino ottimo. Era una esperienza indimenticabile. Vorrei certamente ritornare e fare un corso avanzato.
